We want you to love your Corsella piece. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return an item, without needing to provide a reason.

You can request a return through your customer account or contact us at corsellaofficial@gmail.com. You may also exercise your legal right of withdrawal by sending us a clear statement by email.

Once you've notified us, please send your item back within 14 days to:

Customers are responsible for ordinary return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

You may try on your Corsella piece as you would in a physical store. Please return it carefully packaged, preferably with its original tags and packaging. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item's nature, characteristics and fit.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help.

Contact us at corsellaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the size or color you'd prefer.

For eligible size or color exchanges, Corsella covers return shipping and delivery of the replacement.

We'll coordinate the exchange with you directly. There's no need to place a new order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at corsellaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

We'll arrange an appropriate solution at no additional shipping cost to you. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal from the full order, we'll refund the price of the returned items and the original standard delivery charge.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we've received the returned goods or you've provided evidence that you've sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Your Right of Withdrawal

Customers purchasing online have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.

This right also applies to discounted items and our standard made-to-order designs. Products genuinely made to individual customer specifications or clearly personalized may be subject to statutory exceptions.

Your statutory rights are not limited by our voluntary exchange arrangements.
